At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
Because many of our items are made-to-order or produced in limited runs, we’re unable to swap items once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with an issue caused by us, such as:

• A damaged product
• A manufacturing defect
• An item that does not match your approved proof or order

We’ll be happy to replace the item at no additional cost.
To get this resolved quickly:

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the issue
• Our team will review and arrange a replacement as soon as possible

Requesting a Different Item

If you’d like a different design, size, or product after receiving your order:

• We recommend placing a new order for the desired item
• This ensures the fastest processing and delivery without delays

Important Notes

• We do not accept returns for the purpose of exchanges
• Replacement requests are only approved for issues caused by our team
• Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted
